StikkiNikki has officially opened recruitment for the 2026 season. Applications are now being accepted for several roles across the company’s growing operations.

Whether you dream of serving smiles behind the counter, driving a pink gelato food truck through Stockholm or crafting small-batch wonders in the kitchen, StikkiNikki is inviting passionate, curious and people-loving candidates to apply.

• Scooper – the face of StikkiNikki in our scoop shops, creating unforgettable guest experiences one scoop at a time.

• Driver – bringing gelato joy to events, pop-ups and streets across Stockholm in StikkiNikki’s iconic vehicles.

• Maker – producing StikkiNikki’s signature gelato from scratch, using high-quality ingredients only.
  

Founded by Nicole Emson, StikkiNikki has built a reputation not only for exceptional gelato, but for its playful brand, strong team culture and belief that great food starts with great people.

Applicants don’t need years of experience, but they do need energy, responsibility and a genuine love for people, food, and teamwork. All positions include training and the opportunity to grow within the company.
