• You speak English and Swedish conversationally.

• You will be 17 years or older during 2026.

• You live in the Greater Stockholm area.

• You are passionate about sales and meeting people.

• You’re ready to work when the sun is shining and enjoy time off when it rains.

• You know what makes StikkiNikki different from other ice creams and can articulate this to the 1000th customer with the same care as the first one.

• You love to keep things clean and organized around you.

• You love meeting new people and keep up a good smile and happy energy even in stressful times.

• You can physically, mentally and emotionally handle long periods of customer service (8 hours).

• You have a good sense of humor even if others don’t.

• You’re capable of running a store by yourself and together with your awesome colleagues.

• This job requires standing for entire shifts, staying after your shift when it's busy and constant cleaning. Confirm you've read and understand this by writing your favourite flavor in the last question on the form below.
